LPGA Junior Golf Leadership Award

In 2012, the Ladies Professional Golf Association established the LPGA Junior Golf Leadership Award.   This award will be presented annually to the woman golf professional who has demonstrated outstanding accomplishments related to junior golf during the year

The candidate must be a Class A, LPGA A-2, PGA A-2, Senior, Master Professional or Life member in good standing who is primarily engaged in the teaching of golf at a country club, golf club, approved golf range or other approved facility.

The member must have made significant contributions within one or more of the following areas.

  • Overall performance in junior golf instruction, junior golf programs and the advancement of junior golf
  • Service to her Section and the Ladies Professional Golf Association
  • Leadership and the ability to inspire fellow professionals
  • Promotion of junior golf and contributions to the golf industry
