LPGA Tour member Angela Jerman and her sister, Amanda Baker, are training for a triathlon in memory of their father, Jim Jerman, and for all individuals who are battling blood cancers. Jim Jerman passed away in September 2006 from CML, a type of Leukemia. Jerman and Baker have teamed up with Team in Training, TNT, and volunteered to train for a triathlon - one mile swim, 26 mile bike ride and six mile run - on April 26, 2009. They are committed to raising a minimum of $6,100 in sponsorship funds by the end of March to be used for research and patient aid.
