Sunny Oh - Rookie Blog Three

During the two-week break after the Korean ProAm, I went to Mammoth to begin my first skiing trip this year. Yeah, I know it's kind of late to start skiing in April, but I hadn't gone in 13 years. The last time I was skiing was when I was a junior and I speed-skied down the slope. I really missed the time on the slopes and the beautiful snow. We only spent the weekend at Mammoth. We had an awesome dinner at Nic-N-Willis, but I didn't get to meet either one of them. Their pizza is amazing, and then next day we went to the Chart House and had some yummy delicious prime ribe. After 13 years, I got my skiing feet under me, and our family also had a breakthrough acheivement going down the black diamond, "Dave's Run" in Mammoth.

Phew! - I didn't fall or break any toes, knees, or arms. I'm ready for the next tournament and have my legs and arms under me. I always tell my family, skiing is strength training! Sometimes you need time away from the game!
