Nordqvist hits Swedish newsstands

Anna Nordqvist certainly made a name for herself when she became a Rolex First-Time Winner at the season's second major the McDonald's LPGA Championship Presented by Coca-Cola. Nordqvist, a 22-year-old rookie from Sweden, had only teed it up on the LPGA Tour four times previously this season. Her composure throughout the week was that of a veteran and she attributes the win to putting.

Hailing from the same country as Annika Sorenstam, its only nataural that Nordqvist looks up to the fellow Swede. After her performance and win, media outlets in Sweden are comparing Nordqvist to the Hall of Famer.
