Nontaya Srisawang - Rookie Blog Five

After I had tournaments on the LPGA and Duramed FUTURES Tours in the United States for about six months of this year, I went back home to Thailand. I can't tell you how great it is to get back home and sleep in my own bed after sleeping in so many hotels in the U.S., to see my family and friends, and to eat Thai food.

But there is one place in the States that feels like home, and that is Virginia Beach, Virginia. I would like to say thank you to Mr. Jeff Minnix, for giving me a room at his house every time I had a week off. He took care of everything for me, just like my dad. He was my caddy for some tournaments and he encouraged me in every way and at any time about golf. Thank you, "Khun Jeff." You are everthing to me.

I would also like to thank Mr. Russ Dodson, the Manager of Virginia Beach National Golf Course, for letting me practice at the golf course any time that I needed to. It is a very beautiful and challenging course.

I appreciate everything they have done for me, and I hope to see them again next year.
