During the 2009 Solheim Cup at Rich Harvest Farms outside of Chicago, former U.S. Team Captains JoAnne Carner, Judy Rankin, Alice Miller, Patty Sheehan, Betsy King, Nancy Lopez and Pat Bradley, along with former European Team Captains Mickey Walker, Pia Nilsson and Dale Reid, participated in the the "Dinner at The Captains Table - Solheim Cup 2009" that was hosted by RosieJones Golf Getaways. The event featured the former captains telling stories about their experiences at past Solheim Cups as well as a silent auction that benefited LPGA-USGA Girls Golf (Girls Golf). Rosie Jones recently announced that $13,000 was raised for the Girls Golf program through the silent auction. Rosie Jones, a seven-time Solheim Cup participant, who retired in 2006, now hosts golfing trips through her company RosieJones Golf Getaways.
