Well, well, well. It's not that easy to write about yourself... Let's start from the beginning...
I am French. I was born in a small town four hours south of Paris. At about the age of five, my parents took me to the golf course where I made my first shots. I've been playing golf since then, but my favorite sport was tennis and I wanted to turn pro. Unfortunately, I was not good enough and realized very young that I would never become a tennis pro (along with other sports such as handball and gymnastics). I kept on playing golf...
At the age of 17, I entered the French National Team and played all the biggest amateur events in Europe. We really had some great times, especially when we won the European Team Championships and then the World Amateur Championship (I was captain).
When I was done with high school, I decided to take a year off of school and played all the amateur events. It wasn't such a good idea, so I found my way to the US. I got a scholarship to New Mexico State University where I spent four wonderful years and graduated with an International Business degree. I really had some great times there and met some people that I will always call my friends. Playing with the team was a great experience that made me came back home stronger.
At the end of 2002, I went to the LET Q-School. I got my card and started my new life as a professional in January of 2003. Since then, I have won 10 tournaments, played the Solheim Cup three times, and won the Order of Merit in 2008. My best memories are my first win in Switzerland in 2006, my last one in Madrid in 2008, and the Solheim Cups, which have been the greatest experiences ever.
Now, I live in Switzerland and I'm an LPGA member!! Sounds a little bit crazy, but I'm very excited about this new chapter of my life. I started the season in New Zealand and Australia where I had some good days and some that were not that good, but life goes on and good things are ahead!
Talk to you all soon!!
