Kane runs Olympic Torch

On December 18th, Lorie Kane had the honor of running the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch through part of Toronto. Kane was selected as an honorary torch bearer by the Royal Bank of Canada. “It was quite emotional,'' Kane said to Jim Day of The Guardian. “When I got a chance to run, it was really special…I'm a very proud Canadian and I think that is why I was as emotional as I was.''
