To stay in shape this off season Laura Diaz and her husband Kevin ran the Fernandina Beach Reindeer Run Half Marathon. Laura crossed the finish line in 1 hour and 47 minutes and Kevin was just behind her in 1 hour and 52 minutes.
The half marathon wasn’t enough for Laura as she finished the day by running a half-mile fun run with her son Cooper who finished 9th.
