Tseng shoots commercial for Taiwan charity

2010 Rolex Player of the Year Yani Tseng took time off from her busy schedule in Taiwan to shoot a public welfare commercial for the Fundraising Project for the Independent Living of the Disabled at a 7-ELEVEN store. When speaking about her first public welfare commercial, Tseng was glad that her maiden work was dedicated to public welfare; through power of the media, she also hopes to appeal to more people to join and support the Fundraising Project for the Independent Living of the Disabled.

Tseng committed to donate $50 for every birdie and $200 for every eagle she makes in LPGA tournaments to support the Fundraising Project for the Independent Living of the Disabled. "I believe setting such targets for me is more useful than any rewards, because to be able to see their smiles is the biggest motivation which drives me forward," said Yani Tseng.

Tseng was joined by gold medalist of the Special Olympics International Golf Tournament Qiu, Li-fu, to invite people to head to 7-ELEVEN stores throughout Taiwan to donate small change in order to support more disabled people to have the courage to become independent and pursue their dreams!
