Bonjour is a really fun word to say. I have had a great time using it to greet everyone here in Montreal, Quebec. Of course, I am sure my Southern accent butchers the pronunciation. It's still fun. I have had a great week so far here in Montreal. The golf course, Hillsdale Country Club, is beautiful and has already been a great host for the 2011 CN Canadian Women's Open. It has been a short week for us though. Most of us players took a red eye on Sunday night from Portland to Montreal and it made adjusting to Eastern time difficult. I think I am finally on a normal sleeping schedule. And just in time, tomorrow is the first round and I tee off at 8:00 a.m.

This is a special tournament for me... my parents are here! They flew up from Valdosta, Georgia on Wednesday morning. Surprisingly, this is both mine and my parents' first trip to Canada! After my round tomorrow, we are planning on visiting downtown Montreal and Old Montreal (which I hear is very pretty). I am looking forward to seeing it and learning a little about the French Canadian history.

Hope to see a lot of fans out at Hillsdale Country Club this weekend!

Thanks for your support,

Dori
