Rolex Rankings No. 15 Morgan Pressel hosted a clinic for a local LPGA-USGA Girls Golf chapter at the Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa on Monday afternoon. The clinic, which was held in partnership with RBC Bank, helped to kick off the Navistar LPGA Classic in nearby Prattville, Ala.
Pressel, an LPGA-USGA Girls Golf alumna, worked with girls from ages five to 16 during the clinic. She helped demonstrate chipping technique as well as to work on putting drills with the girls and Pressel also hosted a Q&A session. As part of the day’s events, RBC Bank donated $1,000 to the local LPGA-USGA Girls Golf chapter and $2,500 to the Morgan Pressel Foundation to help fight breast cancer.
