Sun Young Yoo talks off-season and staying in shape caught up with Sun Young Yoo for a quick Q&A. Yoo talks about her off-season and how she keeps in shape.

LPGA: How much time did you take off from golf and what did you do?
Yoo: I took three weeks off from the last tournament in Orlando. I was in Korea, visting my family and some friends. Also, I had a bad foot so I had some treatment done in Korea. It's all good now.
LPGA: Describe the best and worst of 2011?
Yoo: Best and worst of was pretty steady year for me so I don't have a good answer. Sorry!
LPGA: What part of your game did you work the most on during the off season?
Yoo: I'm working on little bit of everything, but mostly on my short game!
LPGA: Did you set some goals for 2012?
Yoo: Of course I set my goals! Haha. I want to have two wins this year and more percentage of finishing in the top-10.
LPGA: How did you keep in shape during the off-season?
Yoo: I worked out a lot during the off season. I workout with my trainer three or four times a week, and cardio everyday. I'm also trying to get away from junk foods. Haha.
