Brittany Lang Opens Her Bag
Brittany Lang recorded her first-career victory on the LPGA Tour on Sunday at the Manulife Financial LPGA Classic in Waterloo, Ontario. The 26-year-old Texan defeated Chella Choi, Inbee Park and Hee Kyung Seo in a three-hole, sudden death playoff to become a Rolex First-Time Winner and earn the $195,000 first-place check. Lang shot 4-under-par 67 during the final round to finish the week at 16-under-par 268. She had an opportunity to win the inaugural event in regulation, but missed a short birdie putt that forced the four-way playoff.
