A look at some of the top player picks for the Sunrise LPGA Taiwan Championship:
- Yani Tseng: Is there a better place to break a 19-month victory drought than at home? Tseng has great support in her home country and has won, finished third and is 31-under par in two starts.
- Michelle Wie: Coming off a tie for third last week in South Korea, her best finish in two years, Wie has renewed confidence, especially in her short game.
- Suzann Pettersen: Pettersen can make the Rolex Player of the Year race interesting since Inbee Park isn’t playing this week. With 68 points to make up, Pettersen could earn 30 points with a win this week in Taiwan, where she is the defending champion.
- Katherine Hull-Kirk: The Australian was in contention last week before falling back in the final round. If she can find consistency over 72 holes, watch out for her to contend again for her first victory since 2010.
