Led by winner Stacy Lewis, American players stepped up with double U.S. Solheim Cup points on the line at last week's Kraft Nabisco Championship. Lewis became a Rolex First-Time Winner and also secured 120 points toward her spot on the 2011 U.S. Solheim Cup Team that will take on the Europeans, Sept. 23-25, 2011 at Killeen Castle in Ireland.

The victory boosted Lewis to fifth in the points race, trailing Solheim Cup veterans Cristie Kerr, Morgan Pressel, Michelle Wie and Angela Stanford. The U.S. trio of Stanford, Pressel and Katie Futcher tied for third at Mission Hills to gain 57 points, while Wie finished solo sixth to pocket 48 points. Brittany Lincicome (27), Juli Inkster (21), Paula Creamer (9) and Stacy Prammanasudh (9) also tallied points with their finishes at the Kraft Nabisco. Despite an offweek in Rancho Mirage, Cristie Kerr continues to hold a firm lead in the race to make the 2011 U.S. Solheim Cup Team with 522 total points.
