LPGA State Farm Classic Now Accepting Registrations for Junior Golf Clinic presented by Golf Discount of Springfield
LPGA teaching staff to give kids tips to help their game
April 28, 2011 - SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Registration is now open for the LPGA Junior Clinic presented by Golf Discount of Springfield. The LPGA Tour players and the Teaching and Club Professional members will help kids work on their game during a two hour clinic at Panther Creek Country Club, June 7 at 4:00 p.m. The LPGA Junior Clinic is open to children ages 7 to17 free of charge. Pre-registration is available through the State Farm Classic website or at Golf Discount of Springfield.
"The LPGA State Farm Classic Junior Clinic presented by Golf Discount of Springfield gives kids in our community a great opportunity to learn about the game and get some tips from the LPGA teaching pros. They’ll be learning from the best and getting the chance to practice on the same course as the ladies of the LPGA will compete on the very same week," Executive Director Kate Peters said.
The LPGA State Farm Classic will be held June 6-12 at Panther Creek Country Club in Springfield. Tickets for the LPGA State Farm Classic are now available online along with a variety of sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.
