Tickets now available for 2013 Solheim Cup
The most prestigious international team event in women’s professional golf
to be played Aug. 13-18, 2013 at Colorado Golf Club
PARKER, Colorado, Aug. 22, 2011 – The LPGA today announced that the 2013 Solheim Cup at Colorado Golf Club will be played Aug. 13-18. Fans from around the world can purchase tickets for the 13th staging of the event and seventh in the U.S. beginning today. The U.S. Solheim Cup Team has a perfect 6-0 record on American soil.
“We are happy to make a variety of ticket options available to golf fans in Denver and worldwide,” said Doug Eibling, 2013 Solheim Cup Tournament Director. “Colorado Golf Club will provide a fantastic backdrop for golf fans and corporate guests to view one of the world’s most exciting sporting events.”
Two ticket types are available for the 2013 Solheim Cup: grounds passes and the PING Pavilion pass. The grounds pass is $125 for the week and includes admittance to the tournament grounds with access to various concession stands and bleachers. Daily grounds passes for practice rounds on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are available for $35, while daily grounds passes for competition rounds on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are $65.
The PING Pavilion pass is $275 for the week and allows access to the tournament grounds and all public facilities as well as admittance to the PING Pavilion, located adjacent to the 18th fairway. The PING Pavilion provides a climate-controlled environment with a patio, seating areas, televisions, restrooms and a complete pay-as-you-go menu. The PING Pavilion pass also includes week-long parking and a copy of the commemorative The Solheim Cup Official Magazine.
Weekly grounds and PING Pavilion passes are valid Tuesday through Sunday and include the three practice days, the spirited Opening Ceremony on Thursday afternoon, the three official days of competition and the Closing Ceremony on Sunday at conclusion of play. Children 17 years of age and under receive a complimentary grounds pass when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Fans can also purchase tickets to Solheim After Sundown, a community event to be held on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2011, to kick off The Solheim Cup week activities. Individual tickets are $125 or a table of ten (10) for $1,000. Your ticket includes admittance to the grounds on Tuesday, parking for the day, entrance into the PING Pavilion all day and at night for the evening entertainment by a to-be-announced national artist, dinner and silent auction.
