GALLOWAY, NEW JERSEY, June 1, 2012 – European Solheim Cup star and Sybase Match Play Championship winner Azahara Munoz will be joined by friend and fellow Spaniard Belen Mozo for the second LPGA Telecast Takeover of the 2012 season during Golf Channel’s second round coverage of the 2012 ShopRite LPGA Classic on Saturday June 2 at 4 p.m. ET.  Munoz will handle the producer role while the director’s chair will be filled by Mozo.

Earlier this season, LPGA Tour stars Stacy Lewis, Brittany Lincicome and Christina Kim handled camera, producer and host duties during Golf Channel’s telecast the Kia Classic in March.

“We had a terrific response from viewers after Brittany, Stacy and Christina ventured into the world of television production,” said LPGA Chief Communications Officer Kraig Kann. “Now we’ll see how Aza and Belen move the needle…. and handle the jobs tour players might take for granted.  It will once again be fun, and in working to showcase our players and their personalities, we feel like this is another way the LPGA can show people “Why It’s Different Out Here.”
