LPGA Re-launches iPhone and Android Apps
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida, June 5, 2013 - The LPGA today announced the launch of its newly created iPad app and the re-launch of its revamped iPhone and Android apps. The new iPad app and newly renovated iPhone and Android apps will be available this week as the tour returns to Rochester, N.Y. for the Wegmans LPGA Championship, and will feature enhancements that will allow fans access to the LPGA Tour right at their fingertips.
The features of the iPad, iPhone, and Android apps are highlighted by the addition of video which will allow fans the opportunity to get a first-hand glimpse of interviews, a more cohesive look across the three apps, improved navigation, and more robust statistical data.
