Amateur
Ortiz enjoyed a successful amateur career, winning the 2004 and 2005 Junior Match Play Colombian National Championship and 2008 Colombian Women’s Open. While at Arizona State University she recorded 12 top-10 finishes, including one win and was a member of the winning 2009 NCAA Women’s Golf National Championship team.
