The next battle for Rolex Rankings No. 1 has officially begun following Inbee Park’s ascension to the top spot today. Entering the LPGA LOTTE Championship Presented by J Golf, Park (9.28) holds a .04 average point lead over American Stacy Lewis (9.24), who held the No. 1 spot for the past four weeks.

There’s no question Inbee Park’s putter was on fire this week as she sunk 20 birdie putts through four rounds en route to claiming the Kraft Nabisco Championship title.

Inbee Park has had quite a run since last summer. That's when the 24-year South Korean broke a four-year victory drought where she doubted her own ability.

Inbee Park saw a move within the top-50 on the Rolex Rankings this week. With her win, Park took take over the No. 2 spot in the Rolex Rankings on Monday, a spot that the South Korean has been eyeing for some time.
