Caroline Nichols: This exercise is called Planks. It is great to work on your core stability. You want to make sure you keep your stomach muscles tucked in. Don’t let your butt stick up too much as you want to keep a nice flat back. If you find at any time that this exercise is too hard you can go to your knees. |
