Match 5 – Brooke Henderson, Anna Nordqvist, Azahara Munoz

World No.2 Brooke Henderson will tee it up in the opening rounds of the RICOH Women’s British Open alongside world No.11 Anna Nordqvist and No.46 Azahara Munoz. Henderson is making just her second start in this event after finishing T-61 in 2015 at Turnberry. Nordqvist nearly won the last major championship, the U.S. Women’s Open, losing in a playoff to Brittany Lang after she was deemed to have grounded her club in a bunker on the second playoff hole. Nordqvist’s best finish in this event is a share of seventh in 2011 and 2015. Munoz is the final member of this group and is coming off her third top-10 of the year at the Marathon Classic. Her best finish in this event is T-12.
Match 6 – Momoko Ueda, Stacy Lewis, Ariya Jutanugarn

Friday – 12:10 p.m.
World No.71 Momoko Ueda, No.8 Stacy Lewis and No.6 Ariya Jutanugarn are grouped together in the opening rounds of the season’s fourth major. Ueda is making her first start in this event since 2013. Her best finish came back in 2008 in a share of seventh. 2013 champion of the RICOH Women’s British Open, Lewis hasn’t finished outside the top-10 in her last three starts in addition to her contributing to Team U.S.A’s victory in the UL International Crown last week. Other than a missed cut in 2009, Lewis hasn’t finished worse than T-31 in this event. Jutanugarn rounds out this group, making her third start at the RICOH Women’s British Open where she missed the cut in 2015 after a T-45 showing in 2014.
Match 27 – Sandra Gal, Cristie Kerr, Brittany Lang

World No.58 Sandra Gal, No.21 Cristie Kerr and No.20 Brittany Lang will play together on Thursday and Friday. After a season best T-4 finish at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship, Gal has missed her last two cuts on Tour. She is making her ninth start in this event this week, her best finish is T-25 in 2013. Since 2001, Kerr hasn’t missed a playing of the RICOH Women’s British Open. She got off to a hot start in 2015, carding a 66 for her lowest opening round in this event. She comes into this week after having been a part of victorious Team U.S.A. at the UL International Crown. Reigning U.S. Women’s Open champion Lang is the final member of this group, who followed up her victory with a T-24 finish at the Marathon Classic. Lang has played in this event since 2006, which includes a runner-up finish in 2011.
Match 29 – Charley Hull, Lydia Ko, Linda Wessberg

World No.27 Charley Hull, No.1 Lydia Ko and No.282 Linda Wessberg are grouped together during the first two days of the season’s fourth major. Hull will perhaps enjoy the biggest advantage this week in being a member at Woburn Golf Club. She will make her fifth start in this event this year, her best finish coming in a share of 12th in 2014. The world’s top ranked player is looking to pick up her fifth win of the season and third career major victory this week. Ko’s best finish in this event is a share of third in 2015. Wessberg is the third member of this group who is making her first appearance since missing the cut at the 2014 RICOH Women’s British Open. The Swede carded her best finish in 2007 when she finished in a share of seventh.
Match 30 – Ai Miyazato, Lexi Thompson, Michelle Wie
Thursday – 12:10 p.m.
Friday – 7:25 a.m.
World No.89 Ai Miyazato, No.4 Lexi Thompson and No.115 Michelle Wie are grouped together during the first two rounds of the RICOH Women’s British Open. Miyazato has four top-10 finishes in this event and could likely pick up another based on her play in the majors this season, having finished T-18 at the ANA Inspiration and T-39 at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. Thompson makes her fifth start in this event this week, her best finish coming in a T-17 in 2012 and 2015. Wie is the third member of this group, who withdrew from this event last year due to ankle pain. She has had mixed success in this event, posting just one top-10 in 2005 in a share of third.
