Brooke Henderson has done the seemingly impossible in her young career on the LPGA Tour, but she outdid herself on Monday, becoming a two-time winner in the span of 24 hours.
After her victory at the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give, Henderson headed to Rhode Island along with Gerina Piller, Lexi Thompson, Morgan Pressel, Paula Creamer and Cristie Kerr to compete in Monday’s CVS Health Charity Classic. Six members of the LPGA Tour teed it up alongside members of the PGA Tour and PGA Tour CHAMPIONS to raise money for charities across New England.
Henderson played alongside Keegan Bradley, who won last year, as well as Tournament co-host Billy Andrade. Monday, the trio pulled out another victory for Bradley at 15-under par. The team of Paula Creamer, Joe Curran and Mark O’Meara finished second.
