Rolex Rankings No. 9 Stacy Lewis staved off a Sunday charge from 17-year-old rookie Lexi Thompson to capture her second career LPGA Tour victory at the 2012 Mobile Bay LPGA Classic. Lewis shot a final-round 69 to defeat Thompson, who fired a 7-under 65 on Sunday, by one stroke on the Crossings Course at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail's Magnolia Grove.

The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trial saw several rounds in the 60’s this week and the Mobile Bay Classic winner Stacy Lewis managed to card four of them. Lewis earned her second LPGA Tour victory after firing rounds of 68-67-67-69, becoming the first winner this season to record this feat.
