Career Highlights
- In 2003, finished fourth on the Futures Tour money list to earn exempt status for the 2004 LPGA Tour season; competed on the Futures Tour and won the Bank of Ann Arbor Futures Classic; tied for seventh at the Korean Women's Open Championship, where she posted a course record 67.
- In 2001, joined the Futures Tour and won the Chumash Casino Futures Classic and the Southwestern Bell Futures Classic.
- In 2000, turned professional in November.
Amateur Kim was the silver medalist at the 1998 Asian Games. She was the 1998-99 Korea Junior Championship winner and from 1998-2000 was a member of the Korean National Team. She won a total of 19 tournaments in Korea as an amateur.
