    Johnston-Forbes’ junior credits include victories at the 1980 Orange Bowl International Junior and 1981 PGA National Junior. During her collegiate career at the University of North Carolina, Johnston-Forbes won the Memphis State Intercollegiate and placed third at the 1981 and 1983 Eastern Amateur.
