Amateur

That same year, she won the U.S. Junior Girls and the Optimist Junior World titles and also finished second at the PGA National Junior. She played on the San Jose State University golf team, where she was a three-time All-American from 1986-88. She was a member of the 1987 NCAA Championship team.
