    Amateur
    Beginning golf at the age of 10, Bozarth was a two-time winner of the 3A Texas State U.I.L. Tournament in 1977 and 1978 and was a runner-up in 1976 and 1979. During her collegiate career at Texas Christian University, Bozarth received All-America honors in 1982 and 1983. She finished fifth in the 1983 NCAA Championship to help her team capture the title. Bozarth also won the 1982 Susie Maxwell Berning tournament.
