Figueras-Dotti won numerous European titles, including the 1975 and 1977 European Amateur. In 1979, she won the Spanish Junior and Amateur, and the French and Italian Amateurs. She also won the Italian Amateur and the British Open in 1982. An All-American at the University of Southern California in 1982, she was a member of the Spanish World Cup Team from 1978-82.
