Yang is coming off a record-setting performance in Korea where she birdied nine consecutive holes on the back nine and finished with a final-round 62. Yao, a TLPGA member, was a member of the 2014 Chinese Taipei International Crown team and currently seventh highest ranked Taiwanese player in the Rolex Rankings. Ko is playing for her fifth win of the season and could become the youngest player in history to 10 victories this week.

All eyes in Taiwan will turn to Tseng this week to see if she can clinch her second win in Taiwan and first LPGA title since 2012. Pettersen is coming off a strong showing last week (T7) and has two career victories in Taiwan and won this event in back-to-back years in 2012 & 2013. Lee has five top-10’s this year and is trying to break into the winner’s circle for the first time in her second LPGA Tour season.

Kung is currently the third-highest ranked Taiwanese player and has four LPGA Tour victories to her name and trying to notch her first win since 2008. Kim is in the running for Rookie of the Year and currently ranks second behind Sei Young Kim. Lewis is returning to action after a week off and seeks her first win of 2015. She has 12 top-10s this year including four runner ups.
