Former LPGA KEB Hana Bank Champions Na Yeon Choi and Suzann Pettersen are grouped together in round one alongside Shanshan Feng, who has had a mixed performance in Korea in the past, her best finish was a T-13 in 2011.

9:56a.m. – First Tee – Q Baek, Morgan Pressel, Yani Tseng

Defending champion Q Baek won in her first ever start on the LPGA Tour last season with her victory in Korea. She’ll be chasing back-to-back titles grouped alongside Morgan Pressel and 2011 champion Yani Tseng on Thursday.

10:18a.m. – First Tee – Sung Hyun Park, Lexi Thompson, Michelle Wie

Two fan favorites in Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie are teeing it up alongside KLPGA’s Sung Hyun Park in round one. Thompson’s best finish in Korea came in a T-5 back in 2012, Wie found the same result last season.

10:29a.m. – First Tee – In Gee Chun, Lydia Ko, Alison Lee

The next generation’s stars In Gee Chun, Lydia Ko and Alison Lee are grouped together in the first round. Both Chun and Ko won their first major championships this season with Chun capturing the U.S. Women’s Open and Ko winning the Evian Championship. Lee is still in search of her first victory on the LPGA Tour.

10:40a.m. – First Tee – Paula Creamer, Inbee Park, So Yeon Ryu

Friends Inbee Park and So Yeon Ryu will play together on Thursday along with Paula Creamer. The trio is looking for their first win in Korea. Creamer’s best finish came in 2010 in a tie for fourth, but she struggled last season to fall into a tie for 66th. Park’s best performance came in a fourth place finish last season and Ryu has just once cracked the top 10 with a T-7 in 2012.
