Four wins, two major championships, the Career Grand Slam and a stint with the world's No.1 ranking.

It has been quite a season for Inbee Park.

Park’s play in 2015 earned her 3,944 points in the season long Race to the CME Globe. Her No.2 spot in the standings behind Lydia Ko puts her in a position to lock up the season ending $1 million dollar prize with a win at the season’s final event, the CME Group Tour Championship. Her play in this week’s Lorena Ochoa invitational will only further cement her position in the standings, it being mathematically impossible at this point in the season that she would fall out of the coveted top-3 regardless of her play in Mexico.

But, Park is also neck and neck with Ko in the Rolex Player of the Year standings, Ko leading Park by just 33 points. Park would have to win one of the season’s final two events and finish in the top eight in order to win the award, with 30 points awarded to the winner of both this week’s Lorena Ochoa Invitational and next week’s CME Group Tour Championship.

If Park swept the season’s final two events, she would also win the Player of the Year and Race to the CME Globe. She has three top-4 finishes in Mexico, including a third place finish last year and she was T-24 at last year’s season ending event.
