In the first match of the afternoon Cristie Kerr and Lexi Thompson will be playing against Azhara Munoz and Carlota Ciganda. Kerr and Thompson sat out the morning foursomes for a much needed rest after playing both matches yesterday with a morning finish. Kerr and Thompson earned 1 and 1/2 points for Team USA. Munoz and Ciganda will be a formidable match for the Americans.

In the final four-ball of the afternoon Stacy Lewis and and Gerina Piller will be paired with Caroline Masson and Caroline Hedwall.

Lewis and Piller were the only point earners by the Americans in the morning foursomes and look to continue the momentum heading into the afternoon four-mall matches.

Lizette Salas and Brittany Lang will go head-to-head with Karine Icher and Catriona Matthew the second four-ball match of Day Two of the Solheim Cup.

For the Icher and Matthew pairing, Icher’s the superior ball striker at 15th on the Tour in greens in regulation while Captain's pick Matthew's has provided a lift for the European team.

Suzann Pettersen

Charley Hull

VS

Alison Lee and Brittany Lincicome will head out in the third match of the afternoon wave against Suzann Pettersen and Charley Hull. Lee and Lincicome are looking for their first point of the 2015 Solheim Cup. Pettersen and Hull played together in the morning foursome and earned a point for the European team in a come-from-behind win.

Charley Hull will be the only player to play in all four matches and is currently 3-0-0 for the 2015 Solheim Cup.
