Industry Leader Donates Simulator to World Golf Hall of Fame

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., January 21, 2015 – The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) today announced that GOLFZON ENTERTAINMENT, a subsidiary of the world’s leading company in the virtual golf industry, will be launching the first ever LPGA online management game in April of this year. The online golf management game will feature the image or likeness of more than 80 LPGA players.

“The LPGA is very pleased to further our partnership with GOLFZON,” said LPGA Chief Commercial Officer Jon Podany. “This is second phase of our partnership, and we see this game as an exciting opportunity to further engage fans with our sport and players on a week-to-week basis. Importantly, it’s not just for top players but for the broader membership.”

The LPGA and GOLFZON ENTERTAINMENT hosted the Pro Golf Manager License Ceremony today at LPGA headquarters in Daytona Beach, Fla.

As the “Official Golf Simulator of the LPGA,” GOLFZON also donated a GOLFZON Vision System simulator to the World Golf Hall of Fame Tuesday, becoming the first Korean company to be associated with the World Golf Hall of Fame. The GOLFZON system replaces an existing system that has been in place for over 11 years.
