Paula Creamer announced via her Instagram account that she underwent season ending wrist surgery in Houston on Thursday. Creamer played in 18 LPGA Tour events and the Solheim Cup before withdrawing during the opening round of The Evian Championship due to a sprained tendon in her left wrist. She noted in her Instagram post that it had been bothering her for the past two years. The 10-time winner will use the early start to the off season to recover and prepare for the start of the 2018 season.
