In-Kyung Kim, Stacy Lewis, Angel Yin

8:26 a.m. – 10^th Tee

In-Kyung Kim, defending champion at the Marathon Classic presented by Owens Corning and O-I, arrives back in Toledo feeling good about her game. She recently put new hybrids in her bag in her last start at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, where she finished in the top 10, and she’s eager to put them in play again this week at Highland Meadows Golf Club. Kim is making her eighth start in Toledo where she has, in addition to her win, three more top 10 finishes. The defending champ will play the opening rounds alongside Toledo native, Stacy Lewis and long-hitter, Angel Yin. Lewis is making her 12^th appearance at the Marathon Classic, where she picked up her career best finish in 2016 when she finished fifth. Lewis is playing her final event of the year this week with her husband, Gerrod, on the bag. She will be spending the next few months preparing for the birth of her first child, a daughter, in November. Yin is making just her second start in Toledo where she picked up a top 10 finish in her first appearance.

Brooke Henderson, Austin Ernst, Annie Park

8:37 a.m. – 10^th Tee

Brooke Henderson makes her third start at the Marathon Classic, where hopes to buck the trend she’s had at Highland Meadows over the last two years, having missed the cut and finished T38. So far it has been an up and down year for the Canadian who has three missed cuts offset by five top 10s as well as a victory at the LOTTE Championship in Hawaii. Henderson is grouped with Austin Ernst and Annie Park in the opening rounds in Toledo. Ernst is making her sixth appearance at the Marathon Classic, where she finished T11 in 2015. Throughout this season, Ernst has positioned herself for her first win in four years with two top 10s, including a runner up finish in Arkansas. Park, already a winner in 2018, has two more top 20 finishes this season on Tour. This week, she’s making her third start at the Marathon Classic where she’s looking to crack the top 30 for the first time.

Lexi Thompson, Sei Young Kim, Brittany Lincicome

1:21 p.m. – 1^st Tee

Lexi Thompson is in the hunt for her first win of the season this week in Toledo, where she carded rounds of 67-65-69-66 to finish runner up last season. She’s got momentum on her side this week as she arrives rested after a week off and four top 15 finishes in as many starts. Thompson will play Thursday and Friday’s rounds alongside last week’s winner, Sei Young Kim and two-time major champion, Brittany Lincicome. Kim put on an incredible showing en route to her record-breaking win at the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic where she won at 31-under par to set the new 72 hole scoring record on the LPGA Tour. Kim is making just her second start in Toledo where she hasn’t played since her rookie season in 2015 when she finished T14. Lincicome, who won the season opener and has three more top 10s this season, is looking to build some momentum this weekend ahead of her PGA Tour debut next week at the Barbasol Championship. She’s making her first start since the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship where she finished T40.

Emma Talley, In Gee Chun, Mariah Stackhouse

1:32 p.m. – 1^st Tee

Rookie Emma Talley made some noise in her last start at the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic, where she recorded her best career finish on the LPGA Tour with a T3 finish in Wisconsin. But she could face a challenge in keeping that momentum rolling this week as she’s making just her second start at Highland Meadows where she missed the cut in 2015. In Gee Chun and Mariah Stackhouse are grouped with the rookie in the opening rounds in Toledo. Chun is in search of her first win since 2016 but has come close throughout the 2018 season with three top 10s including a runner up finish at the Kingsmill Championship. She’s making just her second start in Toledo where she’s looking for her first top 10. Stackhouse has been on a hot streak of late with a top 10 finish in two of her last five starts. She arrives in Toledo looking to capitalize on the momentum she’s found in recent weeks and is coming off a T15 finish last week in Wisconsin.
