Saturday, Hyo Joo Kim celebrated her birthday, not with the traditional singing of "Happy Birthday to You," but with a custom song recording from her fan club.

Hyo Joo Kim Fan Café, a Korean based group of nearly 4,000 members, wanted to do something special for their favorite player’s 23rd birthday. Haein and Dain, sisters and members of the fan club, recorded “Towards the Stars” for Kim’s special day.

“The song is really impressive, and I am again touched by the passionate cheering from the fan café,” said Kim, who is competing this week at the Marathon Classic in Ohio. “I can't thank them enough. I have got more motivation for the LPGA tour life with this song."
