Massachusetts native Brittany Altomare has revealed that she is expecting her first child. The 10-year LPGA Tour veteran was on-site at Fenway Park for the LPGA’s announcement of the FM Global Championship, a new event that will be played at TPC Boston next fall, and took to the LPGA Tour’s Instagram story to share the happy news.
“Excited to bring golf back to Massachusetts in my home state and also to be here at Fenway Park because it’s baby’s first ballpark,” said Altomare in the video.

The 32-year-old first joined the LPGA Tour in 2014, and Altomare has recorded 17 top-10 finishes and made $3,320,352 in career earnings throughout the past decade. She is a two-time United States Solheim Cup team member, competing in the biennial team event in both 2019 and 2021, and boasting a 4-3-1 record.
Altomare most recently teed it up at The Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America and has played in 17 total tournaments this season, earning a season-best result of T38 in April at the LOTTE Championship presented by Hoakalei.
