After a two-week break that saw Europe retain the Solheim Cup in Andalucia, Spain, the LPGA Tour is back in action this week at Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Ark. for the 17th edition of the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G. Defending champion Atthaya Thitikul as well as last year’s runner-up Danielle Kang are both set to tee it up alongside eight 2023 LPGA Tour winners and 27 2023 LPGA Tour rookies. A $2.3 million purse with a $345,000 winner’s check is up for grabs as are valuable Race to the CME Globe points that are now much-needed for many as the season begins to wind down.
