AUGUSTA, Ga. — The first round of the 2024 Augusta National Women’s Amateur is complete, and it was a mixed bag of results for the 17 LPGA*USGA Girls Golf alumni in the field. Ashley Menne and Amanda Sambach lead the pack in a tie for seventh after each carded a 3-under 69 in the opening round at Champions Retreat, and Megha Ganne and Bailey Shoemaker trail closely behind in a tie for 12th at 2-under overall.
