The LPGA Tour is in Oregon this week for The Standard Portland Classic, which gets underway on Thursday at Columbia Edgewater Country Club. Seven of this season’s 21 different winners are set to compete, including Epson Tour graduate Grace Kim, who won her first major title at The Amundi Evian Championship in July, and Angel Yin, who is currently sitting at No. 7 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.

There are 16 rookies also teeing it up, most notably Japanese twin sisters Akie and Chisato Iwai, the latter of whom became a Rolex First-Time Winner in Mexico earlier this season, and their fellow countrywoman Rio Takeda, who has two tallies in her LPGA Tour win column, earning victories at the 2024 TOTO Japan Classic and the 2025 Blue Bay LPGA. Thailand’s Moriya Jutanugarn will be looking to successfully defend her title alongside six other past winners of this championship, a slate of athletes that includes 65-year-old Juli Inkster, who won at Columbia Edgewater back in 1999, and Canadian Brooke Henderson, who has collected two titles at one of the LPGA Tour’s most historic events.
