The Australia Team is one to watch this week in the Republic of Korea, as three of the four athletes who were members of the squad that finished runner-up to Thailand in 2023 are returning for the 2025 Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown at New Korea Country Club in the Republic of Korea.

The Aussies, who combine for 19 victories and five major championships, are the four seed in this year’s event, and while they aren’t as highly favored as some of the other teams competing, this squad of athletes definitely has more experience contending for an International Crown title in this year’s field.

Meet the four members of the 2025 Australia Team, who will be working hard to take an international team play trophy back to Oz come Sunday afternoon in Korea.

Minjee Lee

Hometown: Perth, Australia

Age: 29

Previous Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown Appearances: 2014, 2016, 2018, 2023

Rolex Women’s World Golf Ranking: 3

Notable: Lee is the only player in the history of the Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown to have competed in every edition of the team competition, teeing it up for the Australia Team in 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2023 before qualifying again this year. Lee has additionally represented Australia in the last three Olympic Games, tying for seventh in 2016 in Rio, tying for 29th in 2021 in Tokyo and tying for 22nd in 2024 in Paris.

The 29-year-old has amassed 11 career LPGA Tour titles, three of which are major championships that have come at The Amundi Evian Championship in 2021, the U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally in 2022 at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club and the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco in 2025.

With her victory in Texas, as well as her performances in the other 2025 majors, Lee locked up her second Rolex ANNIKA Major Award following the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Porthcawl, what was her second time winning RAMA and first since she took home the honor in 2022.

Hannah Green

Hometown: Perth, Australia

Age: 28

Rolex Women’s World Golf Ranking: 18

Notable: Green is making her second consecutive appearance in the Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown, having also played for the Aussies in 2023 at TPC Harding Park. The 28-year-old is a two-time Olympian, tying for fifth at the Tokyo Games and tying for fourth at the Paris Games.

She has collected six career LPGA Tour victories, one of which is a major championship that came at the 2019 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and three of which she tallied in 2024 alone at the HSBC Women’s World Championship, the JM Eagle LA Championship presented by Plastpro and the BMW Ladies Championship. Last year marked the first time that Green had racked up three victories in one season and was her first multiple-win season since 2019.

Grace Kim

Hometown: Sydney, Australia

Age: 24

Rolex Women’s World Golf Ranking: 26

Notable: Kim is making her debut in the Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown at New Korea Country Club just outside of Seoul.

The Epson Tour graduate is a two-time LPGA Tour champion, becoming a Rolex First-Time Winner in 2023 at the LOTTE Championship presented by Hoakalei in a playoff over Yu Liu and Yu Jin Sung. Kim then won her first major title at the 2025 Amundi Evian Championship in Evian-les-Bains, France, also doing so in extra holes over Jeeno Thitikul. She also has won once on the Epson Tour in 2022 at the IOA Golf Classic.

Steph Kyriacou

Hometown: Sydney, Australia

Age: 24

Rolex Women’s World Golf Ranking: 42

Notable: Kyriacou made her Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown debut in 2023 at TPC Harding Park and will be teeing it up for the second consecutive edition of the team competition at New Korea Country Club in the Republic of Korea this year.

The 24-year-old is still waiting to secure her first career LPGA Tour title, but Kyriacou has tallied 11 top-10 results and 23 top 25s since joining the organization in 2022, amassing nearly $2.9 million in official money.
