The inaugural playing of the Greater Toledo Classic hosted by Stacy Lewis, is set to begin Friday, July 25^th, at Highland Meadows Golf Club in Sylvania, OH. This event may be new to the Epson Tour schedule, but Highland Meadows Golf Club is no stranger to the LPGA Tour circuit, having previously hosted 35 years of tournaments on the LPGA, holding multiple sponsorship names. Highland Meadows Golf Club, a historic venue, is seeking a new champion in this week’s special event, featuring a combination of Epson Tour and Legends Tour athletes in the field. Here are some names that will look to add themselves to the list of 2025 Epson Tour winners:

Heather Bowie Young

Bowie Young is not only a veteran on the LPGA, Legends, and Epson Tours, but is a familiar face at Highland Meadows Golf Club. The three-time NCAA title winner joined the LPGA in 2000 and became a Rolex First-Time Winner at the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger (hosted at Highland Meadows Golf Club), where she came from five strokes down and defeated Gloria Park on the third hole of a sudden-death playoff in her 2005 season.

Her time on the LPGA Tour was quite successful, collecting 27 career top-10s and 88 top-25 finishes. Heather was a key player in the 2003 Solheim Cup team and is currently the Head Coach of the Florida Atlantic University Women’s Golf team. Young is looking forward to a week out on the links as she competes for another opportunity to hoist a trophy at Highland Meadows Golf Club.

Hailee Cooper

Hailee Cooper is still seeking her first professional victory, but is becoming one of the more accomplished players on the Epson Tour. In her 12 starts this season, the Epson Tour sophomore has missed only one cut, and is currently sitting in tenth place in the Race for the Card standings with 899.212 points. Cooper has added five top-10 results to her resume this 2025 season, including her last two starts at the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re and the Casella Golf Championship. The 25-year-old has been steadily making her way up the leaderboard in the Race for the Card. The time for the Texas native to clinch her first professional title is just around the corner, and another strong finish this week could put her on track to earn her LPGA Tour card for the first time.

Haylee Harford

Harford is in her fifth season on the Epson Tour. The Ohio native has recorded 13 top-10 finishes throughout her professional career and is looking for a strong finish this week to work towards jumping in the Race for the Card standings, currently ranked No. 34. The Furman University graduate has not had a season up to her standards, however, making eight cuts in 13 starts, she has found one third-place finish at the Island Resort Championship presented by Delta County Chamber during the Midwest stretch. This being the Greater Toledo Classic’s inaugural year, Harford is looking for good vibes in her home state heading into this week’s event.

Kathryn Imrie (Marshall)

This Legends Tour and LPGA veteran is looking forward to competing on the Epson Tour this week and maybe sharing some of her knowledge with the younger generations along the way. Imrie (Marshall) earned her first professional victory during the 1995 season, becoming one of 11 Rolex First-Time Winners with a win at the Jamie Farr Toledo Classic hosted at Highland Meadows Golf Club, making her the first Scot to win an LPGA event.

The Scotland native has proven herself throughout the years, collecting 12 career top-10s and 43 career top-25 finishes during her tenure on the LPGA Tour. Imrie (Marshall) played on the LPGA Tour from 1994 until 2010, also representing Europe in the 1994 and 1996 Solheim Cup matches. The LPGA winner is looking to build off of a successful past at Highland Meadows Golf Club as she prepares to compete at the Greater Toledo Classic hosted by Stacy Lewis.
