HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The fourth edition of the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G is being contested at TPC River’s Bend this week, and the 144-player field is comprised of some of the top names in the women’s game. There have been 24 different champions in 23 tournaments so far this season, and with parity like that at play each week on the LPGA Tour, it can be hard to predict who will be the latest athlete to find themselves in victory lane. Here are three players to watch this week as they compete in Ohio for the Kroger Queen City Championship title.

Jeeno Thitikul

Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul is the favorite in the field at the Kroger Queen City Championship, to no one’s surprise. The Thailand native has played incredible golf throughout the 2025 LPGA Tour season, making the cut in 15 of her 16 starts ahead of this week’s tournament at TPC River’s Bend, collecting her fifth career title at the Mizuho Americas Open and tallying a whopping nine additional top-10 results.

According to KPMG Performance Insights data, Thitikul is leading the LPGA Tour in several categories so far this season, most notably ranking first in scoring average (69.30), strokes gained total (+2.68), percentage of rounds in the 60s, percentage of rounds under par and birdie or better percentage (25.89 percent). She is additionally fifth in strokes gained putting (+1.05), sixth in strokes gained tee to green (+1.47), eighth in strokes gained approach (+0.87) and 20th in strokes gained off the tee (+0.53).

The current Race to the CME Globe points leader has finished in the top 10 in the previous two editions of the Kroger Queen City Championship, coming in ninth in 2022 at Kenwood Country Club and then finishing runner-up to Lydia Ko at TPC River’s Bend last year, a performance the 22-year-old is primed to better this week just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.

A Lim Kim

A Lim Kim won the season-opening Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions to kick off her year and will be working to collect a second 2025 title this week at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G.

She is teeing it up in this tournament for a fourth consecutive season, and in her three previous appearances, she has earned two top-10 finishes, a tie for fifth that came in the event’s inaugural edition in 2022 and a tie for ninth that came last year when the Kroger Queen City Championship was played for the very first time at TPC River’s Bend in Hamilton Township, Ohio.

This is her 18th start of the 2025 LPGA Tour season, and along with her win, Kim has racked up four additional top 10s in her 17 tournaments ahead of this week, the best and most notable of which is the tie for fourth that Kim recorded at the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Porthcawl Golf Club. Looking at KPMG Performance Insights data, Kim is ranked inside the top 20 in strokes gained tee to green (5, +1.55), strokes gained around the green (6, +0.44), strokes gained off the tee (8, +0.71) and strokes gained total (16, +1.40).

But maybe most importantly, Kim is 14th in driving distance, hitting it 272.58 yards on average off the tee, something that will be critical at this week’s venue, a TPC River’s Bend, which many athletes have said is playing a bit softer compared to 2024.

Nanna Koerstz Madsen

Denmark’s Nanna Koerstz Madsen is a dark horse to watch at TPC River’s Bend. She has played in the last two Kroger Queen City Championships, and after tying for 36th at Kenwood Country Club, she tied for ninth in 2024, the first year the tournament was held in Hamilton Township, Ohio, at TPC River’s Bend.

This is the LPGA Tour winner’s 18th start of the 2025 season, and in her 17 previous events, she has made 12 cuts and earned three top-10 results, the most recent of which is a solo sixth that she recorded at the ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open. In her most recent LPGA Tour start, the 30-year-old tied for 15th a couple of weeks ago at the FM Championship in Norton, Mass., which was also held at a TPC facility.

Statistically, Koertsz Madsen is a strong driver of the golf ball, currently ranking 15th in strokes gained off the tee, according to KPMG Performance Insights data. She is eighth in driving distance, hitting her tee shots 274.46 yards on average, yardage that will be critical at what’s a long and soft TPC River’s Bend.
