The LPGA Foundation is kicking off the new year with one of the most ambitious philanthropic events in the history of women’s sports. The 75th Anniversary Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Resorts® is taking place Jan. 12-15 and will see LPGA legends and current athletes tee it up alongside numerous sponsors, business leaders and philanthropists. The event honors the LPGA organization’s 75-year history, as the league was established back in 1950, but it is also heavily focused on jumpstarting the next 75 years via charitable investment in LPGA Foundation programs that support the future of the women’s game.

Here’s a closer look at what you need to know about this game-changing fundraiser hosted by the LPGA Foundation.

Record-Breaking Fundraising

The LPGA’s 75th anniversary season may have just come to a close at the end of 2025, but thanks to the LPGA Foundation and its partners, the future of the game is primed to be in good hands for years to come.

That’s because the 75th Anniversary Pro-Am is the largest fundraising effort in LPGA history and is set to be one of the biggest charitable undertakings in all of women’s sports. The multi-million dollar sum that this event will ultimately raise is a testament to the power the golf industry has to be a force of good.

The LPGA Foundation would not have been able to accomplish this historic feat without the support of countless partners, most notably its Founders Society partners Chevron, Pebble Beach Company and the USGA. Each of these partners annually contributes $1 million, a number that is bolstered by additional giving throughout each year. The Game Plan

This contribution would mean nothing without a plan of action. The LPGA Foundation intends to use some of these fundraising dollars to fuel its $13 million One Million MORE campaign, to engage “One Million MORE Girls” by 2030. The campaign was launched in 2023 after the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf program made history by reaching its millionth member.

Girls Golf was founded in 1989 and has since grown to a global program boasting more than 700 sites that impact approximately 220,000 participants each year. This ambitious campaign is made all the more possible thanks to the record-breaking total raised by this event, which will provide essential golf equipment to those in need and grow scholarship support, creating pathways for progress for the next generation.

Notable Names

Over 30 of the most accomplished players in women’s golf, spanning multiple generations, are set to participate in the LPGA’s 75th Anniversary Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Resorts®. Hall of Famers like Amy Alcott, Pat Bradley, Donna Caponi, Juli Inkster, Lydia Ko, Nancy Lopez, Hollis Stacy and Jan Stephenson headline the field, which also includes major champions and longtime LPGA Tour winners such as Angela Stanford, Brittany Lincicome and Michelle Wie West.

Some of the game's biggest names who are currently on Tour, like Nelly Korda, Rose Zhang and Allisen Corpuz, the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open champion at Pebble Beach, are additionally scheduled to play. Established Tour players like Lauren Coughlin, Lindy Duncan, Sarah Kemp, Megan Khang, Andrea Lee, Stephanie Meadow, Lizette Salas, Linnea Strom and Angel Yin, will also take part, along with standout amateur Megha Ganne and legends like Sandra Haynie, Renee Powell and Judy Rankin, the latter of whom are attending in honorary roles but not playing.

The group has combined for over 200 LPGA Tour victories and nearly 35 major championships, a powerful reflection on the excellence, impact and legacy being celebrated during the LPGA’s 75th Anniversary Pro-Am.

The Next Generation

Given a celebration of this magnitude, and the legacy it will leave behind for countless generations of girl golfers, it is only fitting for the 75th Anniversary Pro-Am to heavily feature two current standouts from the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf program.

At just 11 years old, Madelyn Dickerson is not only one of the most accomplished players in Girls Golf, but she is quickly becoming one of the biggest names in the junior game. The Florida native is already a five-time World Champion, two-time Under Armour® Player of the Year and a Drive, Chip and Putt National Finalist, ultimately finishing T4 at Augusta National Golf Club in 2024.

Madelyn is also the youngest player ever to qualify for the Notah Begay III National Championship and the youngest alternate in Junior PGA Championship history. She claimed the Discovery Division title at the inaugural LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Championship at Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in 2024 and has since become an unofficial ambassador for the program that’s introduced one million girls to golf since 1989.

Kay Cox is living out her “Little Girls, BIG Dreams” goals in real time, utilizing the Girls Golf program as the catalyst for one life-changing opportunity after another. The Houston native has been the youngest member to play in the Junior Legacy Pro-Am at The Chevron Championship for each of the last three years, starting in 2023 at just eight years old. Hosted during that major championship week, that pro-am event pairs legends of the game like Amy Alcott and Juli Inkster with Girls Golf members for a once-in-a-lifetime round of golf.

Kay has also accomplished something most golfers spend their entire lives pining for, and that’s making a hole-in-one. The incredible feat was made even more memorable when she was invited onto The Jennifer Hudson Show to talk about her moment and teach the host how to play golf.
