Career

In 2005, competed in only one event due to the birth of her first child, daughter Brooke, on Aug. 20.
In 2004, best finish was a tie for 18th at the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic.
In 2003, best finish was a tie for eighth at the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic, where she tied her career-low 64 during the final round.
In 2002, posted two top 10s, including a tie for fifth at the Jamie Farr Kroger Classic Presented by ALLTEL; was named cowinner, with Jean Zedlitz, of the LPGA’s Budget Service Award.
In 2001, best finish was a tie for sixth at the Wendy’s Championship for Children at New Albany; crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings following a tie for 25th at the Longs Drugs Challenge.

Amateur
Fruhwirth won both the California State Championship and the U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship in 1991. She was a member of the 1992 U.S. Curtis Cup Team and won the U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Links Championship that same year. Fruhwirth was the low amateur at the 1992 Nabisco Dinah Shore and later that year finished as runner-up at the Broadmoor Invitational. While at Arizona State University, Fruhwirth earned All-America and All-Conference honors for three years.
