  • In 2006, best finish was a tie for 16th at the Franklin American Mortgage Championship benefiting the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt; carded her second LPGA career hole-in-one during the second round of the John Q. Hammons Hotel Classic presented by SemGroup; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament where she tied for seventh to earn exempt status for the 2007 LPGA season.
  • In 2005, best finish of the season was at the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic Presented by Kroger, where she tied for 12th and also notched her first LPGA career hole-in-one during the third round; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for 39th to retain non-exempt status for the 2006 LPGA season.
  • In 2004, posted a season-best finish at the LPGA Corning Classic, where she tied for 14th; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for 52nd to retain non-exempt status for the 2005 LPGA season.

    Amateur
    Wood enjoyed a very successful amateur career. She was the 1988-89 Massachusetts State High School champion. She was the 1989 Massachusetts Amateur champion and runner-up at the 1991 U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Links Championship. While a member of the Mississippi State University golf team, she captured four tournament titles and was a three-time All-American, three-time Southeastern Conference (SEC) Team member and the 1992 SEC individual champion.
