Career Highlights

In 1998, best finish of the season came at The Safeway LPGA Golf Championship, where she tied for 36th.

In 1997, tied for 10th at the Friendly’s Classic and earned $39,508 that season, her most successful financial season to date.

Returned to the 1996 LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament and gained exempt status for 1997.

In 1996, best finish of the season was a tie for 32nd at the Youngstown-Warren LPGA Classic.

In 1995, she recorded a career-best finish of a tie for seventh at the Youngstown-Warren LPGA Classic.

In 1994, attended the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament and returned to the Tour with exempt status for the 1995 season.

In 1993, posted her career-low round of 66 during the second round of the Youngstown-Warren LPGA Classic and a tie for 24th at the PING Welch’s Championship in Tucson marked her season-best.

Amateur
Mockett enjoyed a successful amateur career. She was the 1984 U.S. Junior Girls medalist and eventual champion, 1989 U.S. Women’s Amateur semifinalist and champion at both the 1990 U.S. Public Links and Women’s Trans-National events. While competing on the University of Tulsa golf team, she was named an All-America in 1989-90.
